Meet Dynamic Re-Legs: the first ever recovery boots developed specifically for cyclists. Like a pro, you can now get the ultimate recovery boost. With three cycling-specific modes, you can recover like a pro after every ride. Make your legs feel lighter, fresher and ready for your next ride with Dynamic Re-Legs.

Long rides, intense intervals and hard racing are taxing on your legs. Dynamic Re-Legs are designed to boost your recovery for exactly those demands. The modes Interval, Cadence and Push are set up to optimize recovery for specific cycling efforts, helping you recover better, feel stronger and ride faster.

With five separate air chambers applying controlled pressure along your legs, you get a full compression massage from foot to thigh. Just like pro-riders, but without the need for a professional masseur. Recover like a pro, anytime, anywhere.

Simply zip up the boots, select your settings and get a pro-grade recovery massage in just 20-30 minutes. With intuitive controls, a completely wireless design, up to four hours of battery life, USB-C charging and an included travel bag, Dynamic Re-Legs are ready for use at home, at the airport or in the hotel during your multi-stage race.

    Massage Modes

    Interval: relax & reset

Alternating compression to reset after riding.

Interval alternates between compression and release to create a varied massage experience. Ideal for recovery after lighter training sessions or giving your legs some extra attention on rest days.

    Cadence: post-endurance ride

Rhythmic compression for recovery after endurance rides.

Cadence delivers a smooth, repetitive compression pattern for a consistent massage experience. This is your go-to mode after endurance rides and regular training sessions, helping your legs feel fresh for the next session.

Push: post hard training and race

Progressive compression recovery after your hardest efforts.

Push builds pressure progressively from your feet towards your thighs, delivering a powerful compression massage. Ideal after intense interval training, demanding rides or races, when your legs have been pushed to their limits.

Perfect pressure: your recovery, your intensity

With twelve pressure levels ranging from 40 all the way up to 150 mmHg, Dynamic Re-Legs let you tailor the intensity of every session. Choose a lower pressure for a gentle session after a long endurance ride, or up the pressure to boost recovery after a race or hard training. This wide range of pressure levels gives you ultimate control over your recovery.

    Recovery built for your efforts

We developed three specific massage modes: Interval, Cadence and Push to match all the types of training that cyclists do. In training and races, riding takes a toll on your legs that’s different to any other sport. Dynamic Re-Legs are designed to battle restless, heavy and sore legs that cyclists all know and recognize.

    Ride, recover, repeat

Recover like a pro wherever you train or race. Dynamic Re-Legs are completely wireless and deliver up to four hours of run time, enough for up to twelve 20-minute sessions on a full charge. Recharge via USB-C and pack the deflated boots into the included travel bag. From your sofa to a race weekend or training camp, your recovery routine comes with you.

    FAQ

How do I know what my size is?

To find your perfect fit, measure your inseam length from your crotch to the floor while standing barefoot. Then measure your leg circumference by wrapping a measuring tape around the widest part of your thigh.

Use these measurements to choose your size:

    • Size S: Minimum inseam 71 cm, maximum leg circumference 72 cm.
    • Size M: Minimum inseam 82 cm, maximum leg circumference 75 cm.
    • Size L: Minimum inseam 87 cm, maximum leg circumference 82 cm.

Make sure both measurements fit within the requirements of your chosen size.

What makes Dynamic Re-Legs specifically designed for cyclists?

Dynamic Re-Legs are developed around the demands of cycling, with three distinct modes, five separate air chambers and twelve pressure levels. This makes the boots exceptional at boosting recovery for efforts and strain unique to cycling.

What is the difference between Interval, Cadence and Push?
Interval uses alternating compression cycles, Cadence delivers a rhythmic compression pattern and Push applies progressive compression from foot to thigh. Each mode is designed to take your post-ride recovery to the next level, but is tailored to different demands. Interval is perfect for rest days and after easy rides, Cadence is your go-to post training, and Push is designed to optimally boost recovery after racing or hard training.
Which pressure level should I choose?
Start at a low pressure and gradually increase it until the massage feels comfortable. A higher setting gives you a firmer massage, but the highest pressure is not automatically the best choice. Choose the intensity that feels right for you throughout the session.
How long should I use Dynamic Re-Legs?
We recommend starting with a 20-30 minute session as part of your post-ride routine. The adjustable timer lets you set the duration to suit your preference and the time you have available.
Do Dynamic Re-Legs need to be plugged in during use?
No. Dynamic Re-Legs run on rechargeable batteries and are completely wireless during use. With up to four hours of battery life, you can enjoy up to twelve 20-minute sessions per charge. Recharge the boots via USB-C when needed.
Can I wear Dynamic Re-Legs over my cycling kit or pants?
Yes. You can use Dynamic Re-Legs over your pants or cycling kit. Take off your shoes before putting on the boots and make sure your clothing feels comfortable underneath.
Can I easily take my Dynamic Re-Legs with me?
Yes. Once deflated, the boots pack compactly into the included travel bag. Their wireless design means you can enjoy a massage without needing a power outlet nearby, making them easy to bring to races, training camps and cycling holidays.
